About the award:
The Neighbourhood Champion Award celebrates the unsung heroes of Gloucestershire communities. This award seeks to celebrate individuals who are making a real difference to people and places in their neighbourhoods.
This award might be appropriate for someone who:
- Consistently volunteers their time to support community initiatives.
- Offers support to their neighbours (such as helping with their garden, walking dogs or checking in on them).
- Makes our streets, villages, towns or communities more caring, supportive or welcoming and better places to live.
Who can nominate?
Any member of the public (e.g. a neighbour, friend, colleague, fellow volunteer etc)
